White Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Made this tonight, so good even though I screwed up when I was making the sauce! I replaced the beans with some fire roasted corn too and that was delicious!And it definitely didn’t take 24 tortillas halved unless you were using the smallest ones possible, I used 11 halved. Family loved it (some of the little ones didn’t care for the beans), but definitely a family keeper!!!
